Mumble the penguin is the protagonist of the film Happy Feet. He is unable to sing, since he was dropped when he was an egg. Instead, he has the ability to tap-dance.
When the fish supply starts thinning out, Mumble ponders the source of the problem. He finally gets abducted by aliens (humans) and attempts to contact them. Somehow, his tap-dancing ability gets the humans' attention.
